Standard size
Our standard size bracelets are elastic and stretch to fit standard wrist size 14-17 cm. This size fits most of our clients.

Custom size
The perimeter of the standard size bracelets is between 16-17 cm. If you think our standard size doesn’t fit you, no worries! Just contact us on whatsapp or instagram before placing your order.
Our friendly stuff will guide you how to take the wrist size measurement correctly and we will make a custom size that will suit you well.

Shipping:

• Free standard shipping for all orders above - 200 AED (7-12 business days)
• Standard shipping for orders below 200 AED - 25 AED (7-12 business days)
• Express shipping - 35 AED (2-3 business days)

Order processing usually takes less than 24 hours, except Sundays.

A tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as the order has been shipped.

Returns:

We offer full refund for all items within 7 days from the date the parcel was received, no questions asked. Returned items will only be accepted in their original resalable condition — unworn, with original tags and labels and packaging. Please note, that costs for returning the Order will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Payment methods

1. Pay online at checkout (secured by Stripe) using VISA, MasterCard or AMEX. Your card information is encrypted using SSL encryption.

2. Use express-checkout – Apple Pay.

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of any applicable taxes or fees. The total amount due for your order will be calculated at checkout.
